Royal Sultanate Order of Buayan Darussalam

The Order of NOOR of Buayan is instituted under the royal authority of the Sultan of Buayan. This Order will exist in perpetuity in so long as direct heir to the Crown is alive. In the even the only living heir is under the age of eighteen years, the Order may continue under the delegated authority leadership until such time as their heir come of age.

PURPOSE:

The Order of NOOR of Buayan is personal honour of the Sultan of Buayan via his appointed Grandmaster of the Order HRH Princess Aizian Utto Camsa. The Order of NOOR is awarded regardless of Ethnicity, Religion, Gender, Marital Status or Social Status. However the individual must be over the age of 21 years. It is awarded to worthy individuals who promote and support the Sultan and or the Sultanate of Buayan Darussalam either personally or in general and also the people of the Philippines in whatever field of profession.

ORGANIZATION:

The Sultan of the Royal Sultanate of Buayan Darussalm shall appoint the Grand Master of this Order.This is a pregrogative inheritant to the Sultant of Buayan Darussalam which cannot be delegated.

However the Grand Master is required to appoint the following: Chancellor of the Order Deputy Chancellor of the Order Secretary and Keeper of the Regalia Regional Consuls/Emissaries.

MEMBERSHIP:

Class I: Membership shall be limited to 200 living worthy individuals as Honourary Datu's, in compliance with Article VI of the 1987 Philippine Constitution. Datu's awarded outside the limit are Foreign Royals, Heads of States, Religious Hierarchy, Diplomats and Senior High Ranking Military Officers, all of which would be diplomacy.

Classes II, III & IV: Membership is unlimited.

CLASSES The Order has Four Classes:

1) Class I: Shall be reserved for members of the Royal Sultanate and may be awarded to nobility of standing, limited to one hundred (100). Worn either as Collaret or Neck Badge, with Gold/Enameled Breast Star worn on the left breast. The Honourary pre Title of The Honourable Datu is awarded with this honour and which may be awarded with a territorial designation.

2) Class II: Gold/Enameled Neck Badge on ribbon & Silver/Enameled Breast Star. The pre Title of the Honourable (The Hon.) is awarded this honour.

3) Class III: Gold/Enameled Neck Badge on ribbon and Gold/Enameled Breast Badge.

4) Class IV: Gold/Enameled Neck Badge on ribbon.
(Note: Gentlemen wear the Neck Badge on ribbon, while Ladies wear their Badge suspended from ribbon Bow).
