The Rajah Buayan Cultural Institute (RBCI) is the educational and cultural institute of the Sultanate of Rajah Buayan with the aims to popularize Mindanao culture and history and the importance of Islam as a part of the life of its citizens.
It is an Honour based institution which confers honorary fellowships on scholars who have given worthy service to the cause of the Sultanate of Rajah Buayan and humanity at large.
RBCI will also assist in promoting the Royal Order of Buayan Darussalam headed by HRH Dr. Princess Putri Aizian Utto Camsa as the Grandmaster.
